Rick finished college at Davenport University majoring in business management and brings 12 years of sales experience with him to ORG West Michigan. Rick and his wife live in the Walker area with their 12 year old son.

Luis has over 9 years experience installing our products and has worked for many highly regarded builders along the Lakeshore. When he is not working, Luis enjoys jogging and biking, as well as fishing, taking walks with his wife and spending time with his family.

Shauna was born and raised in Holland Michigan. She attended Kendall College of Art and Design majoring in Interior Design. Shauna recently completed the Leadership Connect Program through the Grand Haven Chamber of Commerce in an effort to stay closely connected within the her Lakeshore community. Shauna's hobbies include golf, skiing, hiking and camping. Shauna and Matt reside in Spring Lake with their daughter Riley.
